SEASON
OF NON-VIOLENCE
JANUARY 30 THROUGH
APRIL 4.
The starting of the Season of Non-Violence is January 30th, which
marks the death of Gandhi. The ending of the Season of Non-Violence
is April 4th, which marks the death of Martin Luther King. Both leaders
were strong proponents for Peace.
This year the season was honored with Peace Circles in homes, bouquets
of Peace Flags on Sunday mornings, a class on Anger Management by
Kassandra Kersting and talks focusing on teachings of Martin Luther
